At restaurant VRÅ, we follow all advice and guidelines from FHM and make sure to furnish so that we can maintain a safe distance between all parties. We are open for dinner Tuesday – Saturday and together with those you normally hang out with, you can safely continue to visit our restaurant.
You know that we also offer take away? PS. Even if we want many guests, we still have to ask you to stay at home if you have cold symptoms.
In our corner of the universe, we like to challenge the way things are done. At VRÅ we believe delicious food is the sum of all parts. Not just excellent cooking, but whats happening before and after. Where ingredients come from, good working conditions, minimum food waste and with consideration for nature and its creatures.

People are talking a lot about the environment and sustainability nowadays. But if you don´t make reality of the words, nothing will change. We want to be able to continue to serve the good that nature give us, therefore everything on our menu is sustainable and traceable.
The fish and shellfish comes from safe wild populations or from growers that we know well. We pick up the vegetables from from organic farms in Västra Götaland. We buy meat from breeeders who let the animals live as naturally as possible.
