Our drinks philosophy
All of our winemakers are carefully selected from around Europe, and work in symbiosis with nature. With this said clean and elegant flavours are equally as important to us! Our non alcoholic pairing and cocktails are based on upscaled leftovers from the kitchen together with Japanese teas. In our list you will also find a wide range of craftsman saké, a product with great history of family breweries that have lasted over decades. Alongside this we can offer you Japanese beers, and a great selection of both Japanese and Swedish spirits!
